"Check-in was quicker than expected"
We got there on Saturday check-in went faster than I thought it would. The staff found our booking right away, and we only had a small wait for wristbands. That part felt a little avoidable, but overall it was smooth...

"I was ready to stand around for..."
I was ready to stand around for a while, but the line kept moving and I got checked in quickly. I barely had time to finish the coffee I brought with me. Everything was simple and smooth, so no complaints from me.

"Pretty Smooth Game Day"
The whole game day was put together well. The games were set up without much hassle, the refs kept everything moving along, and teams seemed to know where they were supposed to be. There wasn’t a bunch of standing around waiting, which is usually what makes these things drag. So yeah, overall it was easy, smooth, and actually fun.

"Decent snacks, but the wait made me lose a little confidence"
The food itself was actually good and hit the spot between games. But the lines got really long, and after a while it felt like they weren’t prepared for the crowd. I’d still grab something there again, but it did make me trust the setup a little less

"Refs did okay, though I’m not 100% sure"
The refs seemed fair and kept their cool even when the games got intense. I do wonder a bit about how consistent the quality is from game to game, but overall they handled things better than I expected.

"Pretty fun overall, just a little all over the place"
I went with a group from work and we ended up having a good time once everything got going. The games were fun and people were into it, but the check-in part felt like it took way longer than it probably needed to. The gear was okay-ish, not terrible, just kind of average. Staff seemed nice enough and were trying, I think it just could’ve used a bit more planning or organization. Still a fun group day overall.

"Fields were decent, though I’m a little unsure"
Played here last weekend the fields were in good shape overall. There were a few muddy spots and some of the bunkers looked kind of worn down, which had me wondering if they’d been fixed recently or not. But the staff did seem to be out there keeping up with things during the day, so I guess they were on top of it? Not perfect, but still better maintained than a lot of places I’ve played. I’d give it 4 stars...

"Parking depends on timing, but it was rough for me"
I went at what was probably a busy time, so maybe it’s not always like this, but finding parking was such a hassle. I drove around for way too long looking for a spot, and by the time I finally parked, I was already frustrated. If you’re going during off-hours it might be fine, but for me it really didn’t feel worth the trouble.

"I’ve been here maybe 3 or 4 times..."
I’ve been here maybe 3 or 4 times now, and the variety of fields is one of the best parts. It doesn’t feel like you’re playing the same setup over and over again. Each game has a slightly different feel, which keeps the day fun. Definitely a solid spot if you want a few hours of action without getting bored.

The rental gear was clean enough and worked fine for the most part. The mask did have some scratches, though, which was a little annoying, but overall it was literally not a big deal

"Friendly staff, but I felt a bit overlooked"
The staff seemed really nice and were helpful when I finally got someone’s attention, but I did feel kind of ignored at first. Overall, they were friendly, I just wish they had been a little more attentive.

"Gear was better than expected, but I felt brushed off"
The equipment was actually solid and worked fine the whole day, which was a nice surprise. That said, when I had a couple of questions early on, I kind of felt dismissed, like they just wanted to move on quickly. The gear itself did the job, but the interaction could’ve been better.

"Not the easiest place to start out"
I went with a couple friends and it was my first time, so maybe I just missed some of the basics or came in at a weird time. But I felt confused for a lot of the day. The staff seemed nice, I just didn’t really get a clear rundown of the rules or where I was supposed to be going. Everyone else seemed like they already knew the routine, so I was kind of just following along. Not a terrible experience or anything, but I wouldn’t say it felt very beginner-friendly

"Decent enough, but the cleaning needs more attention"
The place was mostly okay and I wouldn’t say it was awful, but it definitely could’ve been cleaner. The bathrooms felt a little neglected, the tables needed wiping down, and the trash cans were already full when we got there. I get that it can get busy, but that’s kind of when cleaning matters most. Also, I’m really tired of getting those canned “we’re sorry for the inconvenience” type responses when people mention stuff like this. Just keep up with it better instead of copy-pasting an apology.

"Fun vibe, but a bit too crowded"
The atmosphere was fun overall, and I did enjoy the vibe, but it was kind of crowded. I wasn’t expecting it to feel that packed, so an apology or at least some acknowledgment from the staff would’ve been appreciated.

"Good value for a fun day out"
I was actually surprised by the prices here, in a good way. I checked a few other places before deciding, and Hollywood Sports still seemed like the best deal for a full day out, which is always nice when you're trying not to accidentally spend a small fortune.
The entry and gear rental felt fair, and there weren’t any weird surprise charges when we showed up, which I definitely appreciated. We ended up having a really fun time without spending too much, so I’d say it was worth it

"Fun for the kids, but the party felt disorganized"
We had my son’s birthday party here, and it was just okay. The kids had a great time with the games, so that part was a win, but the whole setup felt more stressful than it should have been. Check-in took longer than expected, and our party host was hard to track down most of the time. When we asked about the delays, we basically kept getting responses like, “We’ll be right with you” or “The food should be out soon,” but it still ended up coming late. By the time everything was ready, we felt rushed trying to wrap up the party. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for the price, I really expected things to run a lot more smoothly

"Fun, but I’m not exactly rushing back"
I had a fun day overall, so I don’t want to sound too negative, but i’m not sure I’d go again anytime soon. It was enjoyable in the moment, sure, but there were enough little things that made me think, okay, maybe once is enough for now. Like, I’m glad I went, but I’m also not sitting here planning my next visit.

"Helpful support, just took a little while"
I reached out to customer service because I was having an issue with my order details not showing up correctly, which I noticed while I was checking my email over coffee before work. The person who helped me was friendly and actually explained what was going on, so I appreciated that. It took about a day to hear back, which felt a bit slow since I was hoping to get it sorted out sooner, but they did fix the problem in the end. I’d give it 4 stars because of the wait, but overall it was a good experience...

"Fun at first, but safety felt like an afterthought"
I was having a good time in the beginning, but the safety side of things really started to bother me. A few players kept overshooting, and the refs didn’t seem to do much about it. It kind of changed the whole vibe and made me feel less comfortable than I expected. I wanted to leave feeling excited about the day, but I left feeling disappointed and a little uneasy. Not sure I’d go back anytime soon.
